We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Please note:

• No cancellations after an order is confirmed.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
